So I’ve had the luxury of actually having this place to myself tonight and have been enjoying the solitude and the fact that there’s no one to look over my shoulder or criticize.
I’ve been catching up on all the emails from IBC’s Blog Tour De Troops and occasionally going back to quite a few of the blogs and reading the new comments that have been posted in regards to the event/Memorial Day. It’s been amazing to read all the blogs that have been shared and to learn so much within these last four days. The support that’s been issued by everyone taking part has been phenomenal. It really has.
I have to say that it’s been truly inspiring to see many, both fellow authors/writers and readers, come together in supporting our troops in hopes of getting them the books that they’ve asked for. I truly thank the founders of IBC and their entire staff, as well as all the authors that participated within this event and made it happen for everyone.
By the time the next Blog Tour De Troops comes around in November, I hope to have a full-length novel that I can offer up for the event. And hopefully many will enjoy what I’ve written.
Thanks again, Ladies and Gents, for the event. For everything that you’ve brought forth for everyone. Most of all, I hope that everyone keeps remembering those that have fallen in protecting our freedom and our country and continue supporting all the soldiers that continue to serve and hold up that decree of protection and freedom. Without their sacrifices, we wouldn’t be standing where we are now. They deserve to be acknowledged for everything they do in every way possible.
To all the troops out there, thank you for all you do. You’re not alone, for we are with you.
Happy Memorial Day to you all!
