I apologize for the lack of blog posts these last few days. I haven’t been neglecting my main blog. Far from it, in fact.

I’ve been juggling putting together the events for Stuck’s book release, as well as the promotions attached to it. In addition to working on several critiques for a couple authors.

I’ve also undertaken the maintenance of my new book review site. Which ironically has been getting more support than I had imagined possible. You know . . .

I’ve spent quite a bit of time reading, while also writing, lately since I won’t have a high-speed connection till mid-June, which impedes me from doing needed research for what I’ve been working on. Most of the books that I’ve read lately have been via the Amazon Kindle.

I have to say that some of the stuff that I’ve come across on the Kindle sometimes feels as if it’s not up to par. I mean, my work might not be that great but some of the short stories that I’ve read seem somewhat lacking. Continue reading

So Now What . . . ?

BookSo I’ve recently published my first EBook. It wasn’t easy, but I got it out there and have been hoping that people will start seeing it and hopefully purchase it.

But I have to be honest. Something I saw while surfing on my cellphone today made me realize that I still have no online presence. Aside from friends and family, and the occasional people that I’ve become friends with online, no one really knows who I am. Yes, I’ve been around online for years. Yes, some know of me and the work that I write. Yet when it all comes down to it, I’m still an unknown. A nobody. Continue reading
